Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Support Specialist role based in Delhi, India. The Sales Support Specialist will assist the sales team with daily operations, including preparing quotations, tracking orders, and maintaining accurate customer and sales records. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, coordinating with production and logistics, and ensuring timely follow-up to support customer satisfaction and repeat business. The specialist will help generate sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide administrative support for meetings, presentations, and sales campaigns. Collaboration with internal teams to streamline sales processes and support the overall growth of BeeGreen’s green cleaning product portfolio is a key part of this position.
Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, track performance, and support decision-making.
  • Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships.
  • Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with customers and internal teams.
  • Experience in Sales Operations, including order processing, documentation, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and basic CRM or sales management tools.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or FMCG/consumer products is an advantage.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
