About The Opportunity

Our focus is on delivering high-quality apparel products, and we are seeking a dedicated Sampling Merchandiser to join our team on-site. The role involves managing sample production, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring product quality and timelines are met.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the sample development process from design approval to final delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely sampling according to batch requirements.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure samples meet product specifications.
• Monitor progress, communicate updates, and resolve issues related to sampling.
• Prepare and maintain sampling documentation and reports.
• Collaborate closely with design and production teams to streamline sample approval processes.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Experience in garment sampling coordination within the apparel industry.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising and sample development processes.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Understanding of quality assurance standards in garments.
  
  

Preferred

• Experience with sampling in export or high-fashion garments.
• Proficiency in MS Office and sample management software.
• Familiarity with fabric and material specifications.
