About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and client-focused Senior Account Manager – Influencer Marketing to lead end-to-end campaign management for some of the country's leading brands. This role requires someone who can build strong client relationships, understand business objectives, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure flawless execution of influencer marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing agencies, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage multiple high-value accounts simultaneously.


Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned brand accounts.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication and strategic consultation.
  • Understand client objectives and translate them into effective influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling services.


Campaign Management

  • Lead campaigns from client briefing to final execution and reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Planning, Talent Procurement, Operations, Creative, and Finance to ensure seamless execution.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with agreed KPIs.
  • Monitor campaign progress, resolve execution challenges, and proactively communicate updates to clients.
  • Ensure campaign deliverables meet the highest quality standards.


Strategic Planning

  • Work closely with the Planning team to develop influencer strategies aligned with brand objectives.
  • Contribute ideas around campaign concepts, creator selection, content direction, and platform strategy.
  • Stay updated with influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
  • Provide strategic insights backed by campaign data and market understanding.


Stakeholder Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure alignment throughout campaign execution.
  • Manage expectations across clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth information flow between departments.
  • Drive accountability across teams to meet project timelines.


Reporting & Analytics

  • Review campaign reports before sharing them with clients.
  • Analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Present campaign outcomes, learnings, and optimization recommendations.
  • Track account performance against business goals and KPIs.


Commercial & Financial Management

  • Ensure campaign budgets are managed efficiently.
  • Coordinate with finance teams for invoicing, purchase orders, and payment tracking.
  • Monitor account profitability and resource utilization.
  • Support commercial discussions wherever required.


Process Excellence

  • Establish efficient workflows for account management.
  • Maintain campaign documentation and communication records.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to internal processes and quality standards.


Team Leadership & Mentorship

  • Mentor and guide Account Executives or Account Managers.
  • Review campaign plans and provide constructive feedback.
  • Support team development by sharing best practices and process improvements.
  • Foster collaboration and ownership within the team.
