Job Description
Job Purpose
Responsible for managing and supporting Oracle Fusion technical solutions, integrations, custom applications, and reporting across the enterprise. Ensures seamless system integration, data integrity, and optimal performance through the development and maintenance of OIC, VBCS, PaaS solutions, databases, and reports, while driving continuous improvement, supporting business requirements, and leveraging Oracle best practices and emerging technologies.
Key Result Responsibilities
Responsible for managing and supporting Oracle Fusion technical solutions, integrations, custom applications, and reporting across the enterprise. Ensures seamless system integration, data integrity, and optimal performance through the development and maintenance of OIC, VBCS, PaaS solutions, databases, and reports, while driving continuous improvement, supporting business requirements, and leveraging Oracle best practices and emerging technologies.
Key Result Responsibilities
- Create, Support and manage OIC integrations, VBCS deployed across all core fusion.
- Manage end-to-end data integration implementations using Oracle technology.
- Build necessary queries, functions, packages, triggers and stored procedures in PL/SQL and T/SQL.
- Take handover on all the technical components from the implementation partner migrated in the production environment.
- Develop skillset of the members of the team to enhance their skill on the OIC, SQL, BIP etc.
- Introduce new technical ideas, inputs, expertise to enhance existing technical integrations and solutions to improve data performance and user experience.
- Keep update on all the new technical capabilities introduced by Oracle in the ERP product space and demonstrate useful cases for acceptance on the project where applicable.
- Manage building database scripts and integrate with release pipelines in Dev, UAT & Prod segments.
- Support and manage all existing Custom solutions/processes built on PaaS
- Build BI Reports, OTBI reports and write basic data exactions queries using SQL
- Identifies and applies creative and innovative approaches to resolving product implementation and integration obstacles and problems.
- Design and develop OTBI reports, FRC reports and write basic data exactions queries using SQL
- Support and manage all Finance and third-party integrations
- Establish/define reconciliation process and reports and support the business users during month-end and year-end reconciliation process
- Design and define process wise custom fusion roles and provide the data access as appropriate
- Should work with Oracle support team for application bugs/enhancements
- Should encourage the business to use Oracle standard functionalities and reports
- Mapping business requirements and translating these requirements into Oracle Applications functional specifications.
- Develop unit test scripts and coordinate User Acceptance Testing of the system enhancements or custom solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering/computer science/information technology.
- Oracle PaaS Certification is a plus.
- Very good business writing and reporting skills.
- Expert level using Oracle tools (Design Studio, Application Composer, Page Composer, Workflow Approval Rules/Notifications, PL/SQL and Fusion Middleware Object Design, Development & Testing
- Broad knowledge and deep domain experience within the Oracle PaaS/IaaS product
- Employs technical expertise, and interpersonal relations to interact with senior level, stakeholders and external providers, and to execute initiatives/changes that achieve the company’s objectives.
- Proven ability to be self-directed and operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Fluent in English Language.
- With 5+ years of experience as an Integration consultant and a Minimum 2 full life cycle implementations of OIC and After go live support project experience.
- Expertise in OIC, REST/SOAP Integration components
- Experience with business requirements, technical analysis and design, coding, testing, and implementation of Extension within a software environment
- Experience with business requirements, technical analysis and design, coding, testing, and implementation of customization within software environment.
