Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Barista role located in Vadodara. The Senior Barista will oversee daily café operations, prepare high-quality coffee and beverages, and ensure excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include assisting with inventory management, maintaining cleanliness, guiding junior team members, and upholding company standards to deliver a consistent and exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Barista skills and food preparation techniques
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Exceptional customer service skills to ensure an outstanding café experience
• Leadership experience and ability to assist in mentoring and training junior staff
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and operational efficiency
• Prior experience in a café or foodservice environment is preferred
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
