We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated professional to join our Global Piping Team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in the piping business, strong supplier management capabilities, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

This role requires an individual who can take full ownership of the end-to-end piping scope, working closely with teams across the United States, EMEA, and other global regions. As part of a global organization, the successful candidate will ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration, drive project execution excellence, and provide effective technical and commercial support wherever needed.

We are looking for a senior professional who can make an immediate impact, operate independently, and contribute strategically to the growth and success of our global piping business.

Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

  • Own and manage the complete piping scope throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide technical, engineering, procurement, and execution support to global project teams.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the U.S., EMEA, and other regions to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
  • Lead supplier engagement activities, including supplier selection, qualification, development, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery performance targets are achieved.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination between engineering, procurement, project management, manufacturing, and site teams.
  • Support bid, proposal, and project execution activities by providing piping expertise and commercial insights.
  • Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve technical and operational challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, customer specifications, quality requirements, and company procedures.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and project team members.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, standardization efforts, and best-practice implementation across the global piping organization.

Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
  • Significant experience in piping engineering, piping systems, or related industrial applications.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing global projects and complex stakeholder environments.
  • Strong experience in supplier management, vendor development, procurement support, and supply chain coordination.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end project scope with high levels of ownership and accountability.
  • Experience working with international teams across multiple countries and time zones.
  • Knowledge of applicable piping codes, standards, specifications, and industry best practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
