Job Summary:

Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and non-IT positions across the EU/UK region — from requirement gathering and candidate sourcing to onboarding. This role involves close partnership with internal stakeholders and clients to deliver high-quality hires that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full talent acquisition cycle: job requisition, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer facilitation, and onboarding.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the full EU/UK IT recruitment lifecycle, including requirement gathering, candidate prospecting, negotiation, submission, and follow-ups.
  • Source candidates through online job portals and professional networks such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, and other relevant platforms.
  • Handle full-cycle recruitment and vendor management to meet client needs effectively.
  • Partner with senior management to develop staffing and sourcing strategies for full-time, contract-to-hire, and fixed-term roles.
  • Act as a single point of contact for clients’ IT departments; report to the Director of Talent Acquisition, with dotted-line reporting to Recruiting Managers and Client Relationship Managers.
  • Conduct candidate screening across diverse technical skill sets and manage compensation negotiations.
  • Manage visa-based hiring (ILR, BC, BN, T1, T2).
  • Ensure timely updates and accuracy of ATS reports, MIS, and other management reporting requirements.
  • Continuously innovate hiring practices by adopting new sourcing channels and market intelligence strategies.
  • Reduce candidate backouts, maximize closures, and achieve weekly/monthly hiring and revenue targets.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s market presence.

  • Strong drive and enthusiasm to grow the business globally, with a proactive approach to communication.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills to coordinate with client managers and ensure timely closures.
  • Good understanding of current trends, innovations, and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Knowledge of job posting sites and social media recruiting (especially LinkedIn).
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage work efficiently while aligning with strategic business objectives.
  • Capability to design and enforce high-quality recruitment processes and lead teams to follow them.
