Job Title: Recruiter / Senior Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic hiring requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening and assess candidates' technical and communication skills.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
• Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and candidate follow-ups.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS, and MIS reports.
• Meet hiring targets while adhering to defined turnaround times (TAT).

Required Skills

• 1–5 years of experience in Domestic Recruitment.
• Strong sourcing expertise using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in stakeholder management and candidate engagement.
• Good understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
