Role Description The Senior Travel Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in West Delhi. The Senior Travel Consultant will advise customers on travel options, plan and book international flights, holiday packages, accommodation, car rentals, cruises, and related services. Responsibilities include managing complex itineraries, handling changes and cancellations, issuing and modifying reservations, and ensuring accuracy in all travel documents. The role involves delivering high-quality customer service, responding promptly to inquiries, providing clear guidance on travel requirements, and resolving issues in a timely manner. The Senior Travel Consultant will also coordinate with airlines and suppliers, recommend cost-effective travel solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and customer experience.
Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Travel Consulting and Travel Management, with experience managing complex, multi-stop itineraries.
  • Hands-on experience in Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including booking, ticketing, rebooking, and cancellations.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and handle escalations professionally.
  • Proficiency with GDS or major booking platforms, online travel tools, and basic office software.
  • Previous experience as a Senior Travel Consultant or similar role in a travel agency or corporate travel environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.
  • Good spoken and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.
