Role Overview: We are looking for proactive Software Developers with at least 1 year of experience in a product-based company. Ideal candidates should have a strong analytical foundation (demonstrated by excellent scores in Maths and Science) and a solid understanding of databases along with experience in either frontend or backend/API development—or both. You will work closely with our team to build and maintain features in our innovative software solution.

Key Responsibilities

Software Development:

❖ Design, develop, test, and deploy features for our product.

❖ Contribute to both frontend (ReactJS) and backend (Django/Django REST Framework) codebases, depending on your expertise.

❖ Build and maintain APIs and work with PostgreSQL databases.

Collaboration & Quality: Work in an agile, collaborative team environment.

❖ Write clean, maintainable code, participate in code reviews, and contribute to best practices.

❖ Assist in debugging, optimizing, and documenting features.

Adaptability

❖ Contribute to client-specifi c modules, including data transformation and custom business logic.

❖ Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies within the tech stack.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a product-based company.
• Sound understanding of databases (preferably PostgreSQL) and practical experience in either: - Frontend Development: Experience with ReactJS and state management, or - Backend Development: Experience with API design and development using Django/Django REST Framework.
• Strong academic performance in Maths and Science.
• Basic familiarity with Dockerized applications is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A passion for learning, innovation, and contributing to a startup environment.

• Exposure to data transformation pipelines or middleware concepts.
• Experience with modular architectures or an eagerness to learn about them.
