Continuing this legacy, BERF has launched a new branch in Nagpur, dedicated to empowering youth from low-income communities through leadership skill development and vocational training.
BERF specializes in providing technical training in Electrical Systems, Home Appliances, Electric Vehicle (EV) Technology, and Solar Energy Services to create sustainable livelihood opportunities for the youth of Nagpur.

Role Description :

Budhwanti Education and Research Foundation is seeking a passionate and skilled Technical Trainer (Electric Vehicle & Solar Services) to deliver vocational training to youth from low-income communities in Nagpur.
The trainer will be responsible for conducting classroom and practical sessions, assessing student performance, and supporting learners in securing employment. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of electrical systems along with practical experience or foundational knowledge of Electric Vehicle and Solar technologies.

1) Key Responsibilities:
Deliver classroom and hands-on training in Electric Vehicle (EV) and Solar Services.
Teach electrical fundamentals, EV systems, battery technology, motors, controllers, and solar PV systems.
Prepare lesson plans, training modules, practical assignments, and assessment materials.
Conduct practical demonstrations and laboratory sessions.
Evaluate student performance and provide continuous guidance and mentoring.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of training equipment and tools.
Support students with placement preparation, including technical interviews and employability skills.
Stay updated with the latest developments in EV and Solar technologies.

2) Required Qualifications:
Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in Electrical Services, EV, Solar, or Technical Training.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, internet, and digital documentation).
Good communication and presentation skills.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Basics of computer
Interest in teaching
Solar, EV experience (preferred)

3) Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience in Electric Vehicle servicing or Solar installation and maintenance.
Experience in vocational training or skill development programs.
Industry certifications in EV or Solar technologies will be an added advantage.
