CTC: ₹30–36 LPA Fixed (Maximum)

Role

We are looking for a Solution Architect to play a key technical and leadership role in several projects. The Solution Architect will be responsible for evaluating the organization’s business needs and determining how IT can support those needs by leveraging software, hardware, or infrastructure. The role requires aligning IT strategy with business goals and designing technical solutions that support business objectives.

The Solution Architect will bridge communication between IT and business operations to ensure alignment in developing and implementing technical solutions. The role involves continuous feedback, adjustments, and problem-solving to design and implement effective business solutions.

Mandatory Requirements

• 10–20 years of experience.
• Mandatory experience in End-to-End Telecom Journey.
• Strong Telecom BSS domain expertise.
• Experience in High Level Design (HLD) and Low Level Design (LLD).
• End-to-End Solution Design and Architecture experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Candidates from Operations, Infrastructure, or Support backgrounds will not be considered.
• Telecom domain expertise is mandatory and non-negotiable.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead brainstorming sessions to develop potential solutions for business needs or problems.
• Identify areas where IT can support business needs and goals.
• Work with business units to develop IT strategies and improve current IT implementations.
• Work with product domain and delivery teams to develop scalable solutions and products.
• Communicate and consult with clients and internal stakeholders to develop appropriate solutions.
• Shape solution options and influence strategic direction to ensure solutions are architecturally aligned.
• Develop solution designs and support technical design documentation in compliance with architectural strategies, vision, roadmap, and principles.
• Ensure solutions adhere to standards related to security, infrastructure, services, delivery, and quality assurance.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of aligned business areas and organizational interdependencies.
• Maintain relationships with Enterprise Architects, Business Analysts, and IT Delivery teams.
• Promote awareness of new and emerging technologies.
• Maintain a high level of business engagement.
• Drive continuous improvement within the Solution Architecture team.
• Provide skills transfer, coaching, and mentoring to team members.
• Deliver Initial Technical Design Assessment for End-to-End solutions and obtain stakeholder approval.
• Deliver High Level Designs (HLD) for End-to-End solutions and obtain stakeholder approval.
