The Sr. Client Success Manager plays a pivotal leadership role in managing client relationships, driving strategic growth, and ensuring the flawless execution of campaigns. This position combines strategic thinking, project leadership, and business acumen to deliver outstanding client satisfaction and creative excellence. The Client Success Manager serves as the voice of the client within the agency — aligning their goals with Rioconn’s creative vision to produce impactful results.
What he/she will do:
- Manage end-to-end servicing of key client accounts, ensuring seamless communication, timely execution, and exceptional client satisfaction.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding business objectives, identifying opportunities, and providing strategic solutions.
- Lead campaign planning and execution by collaborating with Creative, Copy, Design, Digital, Production, and Strategy teams.
- Translate client requirements into clear, actionable briefs and ensure alignment across internal stakeholders.
- Drive brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative campaign ideas that align with client goals and market trends.
- Present campaign concepts, strategies, timelines, and performance reports to clients with confidence and clarity.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and account profitability to ensure smooth execution.
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and long-term partnerships.
- Resolve client concerns efficiently while maintaining high service standards and strengthening client trust.
- Mentor and guide Client Servicing Executives, ensuring effective team collaboration and continuous development.
Essentials:
- 3–6 years of experience in Client Servicing or Account Management, preferably in an advertising, branding, or digital marketing agency.
- Strong experience managing multiple client accounts and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Solution-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- A proactive attitude with a passion for client success, relationship building, and delivering impactful campaigns.
