Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Brand Strategist role based in Kochi. The Brand Strategist will develop and refine brand strategies that align with client business goals, target audiences, and market positioning. Responsibilities include conducting market and competitor research, leading brand discovery workshops, and defining brand architecture, messaging, and value propositions. The role involves collaborating closely with creative, digital, and account teams to translate strategy into campaigns, visual identities, and content. The Brand Strategist will monitor brand performance, analyze campaign effectiveness, and present insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Brand Strategy and Brand Development, with experience defining positioning, value propositions, and brand architecture.
  • Hands-on experience in Branding and Brand Management, including maintaining brand consistency across channels and touchpoints.
  • Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops, present ideas clearly, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency in market and audience research, brand analytics, and translating insights into actionable strategic recommendations.
  • Experience working with digital marketing, creative, or advertising teams, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and adapt to changing client needs in a fast-paced setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Familiarity with digital channels, social media platforms, and basic performance metrics; experience in the Indian or Kerala market is an advantage.
