The Student Experience directorate is accountable for the design and delivery of all student-facing services and programs across the student lifecycle, from enrolment through to graduation. The directorate delivers student administration, student services and success programs, counselling and wellbeing support, accessibility services, co-curricular engagement, and industry engagement and placement programs across the Mumbai and Chennai campuses. It works collaboratively with the Education and Research directorate, the Operations directorate, and external partners to ensure services are integrated, culturally responsive, and capable of supporting positive student outcomes, wellbeing, and progression.

About The Opportunity
- Provides responsive frontline support to students across in person, online, and digital channels, assisting with enquiries relating to university services, processes, and student life.
- Supports delivery of orientation, transition, and student success initiatives, identifies students experiencing challenges, and coordinates early support actions in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Contributes to co-curricular and engagement activities, recognises wellbeing concerns and facilitates appropriate referral, and maintains accurate records in accordance with privacy requirements.
- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in student services, education, customer service, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience providing frontline support or advisory services within a student focused, education, or service delivery environment.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students from diverse cultural, educational, and social backgrounds.
- Demonstrated organisational and administrative skills, including experience maintaining accurate records and working with service or student information systems.
- Ability to apply policies, procedures, and service standards to ensure consistent and professional service delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive and inclusive service environment.
