Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Talent Acquisition professional to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle. The role involves identifying staffing needs, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring smooth onboarding of qualified candidates who align with the institution’s values and goals.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and develop role-specific job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and campus hiring.
- Coordinate and conduct telephonic, online, and face-to-face interviews along with panel members.
- Maintain and update the candidate database, recruitment trackers, and reports.
- Manage offer negotiations, reference checks, and documentation for selected candidates.
- Support in onboarding, induction programs, and orientation sessions.
- Develop and promote the organisation’s employer brand to attract high-quality talent.
- Ensure recruitment practices are aligned with compliance, diversity, and equal opportunity policies.
Stay updated with market trends, recruitment tools, and best practices in the education and sports industry hiring.
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (mandatory).
- Master’s in HR/MBA – preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably in education, sports, or service sectors.
- Skills:
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment drives simultaneously.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Collaborate with management and department heads to align recruitment with organisational goals.
- Attend career fairs, workshops, and networking events to build a candidate pipeline.
- Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and fairness throughout the hiring process.
- Contribute to the growth and culture-building of the institution by hiring the right talent.
