Team Member - Quality Assurance

Job Purpose

The purpose of this job is to ensure all Audit activity of CPU are conducted in a smooth and timely manner. The job ensures that Complete handling of Audits and queries relating to concurrent, internal, external, ISO, Statutory, NHB audit. The role ensures that a robust Business Continuity Plan is in place for all existing branches and requires reviewing, streamlining and preparation of SOP documentation in consultancy with the stakeholders from operational risk point of view. It entails review of processes and proposing changes/ enhancements to make them more efficient.

Enabling Skill Sets & Qualifications

The skills required for this role are commercial acumen, goal orientation and experience required for this role is B.COM/M. Com/MBA with minimum 5years of work experience with specific exposure to operation related activity Post Disbursement

Liaising

• Interacting with all the internal stake holders for SOP preparation, audit requirements and Observations.
  
  

Audit

• To facilitate smooth conduct of internal, external, concurrent, Statutory, ISO and NHB audits at various hub locations.
• Gathering and understanding the scope of data requirement related to operations and customer service and its sanctity while providing to the auditors.
• Ensure 0 Critical observation in Internal / External / Regulatory and ISO audits, for any audit observation, same needs to be reviewed, incorporated in our processes and control to be tested over time.
• Ensuring timely closures on audit observations and remarks.
