Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Telecaller to manage both inbound and outbound calling operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting enquiries into admissions or sales opportunities through effective communication, consistent follow-ups, and relationship management while maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming enquiries professionally and provide accurate information about Forsche's products and services.
- Make outbound calls to all leads generated through various marketing and business development activities.
- Qualify leads, understand customer requirements, and guide them through the sales process.
- Consistently follow up with prospective parents, students, institutions, and clients until closure.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and conversion targets.
- Maintain complete and accurate records of every interaction in the CRM system on a daily basis.
- Update lead status, follow-up schedules, remarks, and customer information without delay.
- Address all customer queries promptly and professionally while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Build strong relationships with prospective customers to improve conversions and generate referrals.
- Coordinate with the Business Development and Sales teams for appointments, counselling sessions, demonstrations, and closures.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly call reports and sales reports.
- Ensure high standards of professionalism, customer service, and communication at every stage of the customer journey.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Telecaller, Inside Sales Executive, Customer Relationship Executive, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Tamil (mandatory).
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Proven ability to work under sales targets and performance metrics.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of CRM software and lead management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Education, EdTech, Training, IT Services, or Healthcare industries will be an added advantage.
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining service quality.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional telephone etiquette and excellent listening skills.
