Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Travel Consultant will assist clients with end-to-end travel planning, including researching destinations, suggesting itineraries, and advising on travel options that meet budget, schedule, and preference requirements. Responsibilities include handling bookings and reservations for flights, hotels, ground transport, and other travel services, while ensuring accuracy of documentation and compliance with policies. The role involves responding to client inquiries, resolving travel-related issues, and providing timely updates or alternatives in case of changes or disruptions. The Travel Consultant will also maintain client records, coordinate with vendors and travel partners, and contribute to improving internal travel processes and service standards.
Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Travel Consulting and client advisory, with the ability to understand traveler needs and recommend suitable options.
  • Experience in Travel Management and coordination of end-to-end travel plans, including budgeting and itinerary optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including flights, hotels, and ground transport, preferably using reservation or GDS tools.
  • Proven Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and maintaining a professional, courteous demeanor.
  • Relevant experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality sector; certification or diploma in Travel & Tourism or a related field is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional regional languages are a plus) and strong attention to detail in documentation.
  • Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area, manage multiple requests simultaneously, and adapt to changing travel requirements.
  • Comfort with basic office software and online travel tools; familiarity with travel regulations, visas, and compliance is beneficial.
