Company Description RYL NEUROACADEMY is s a digital wellness organization dedicated to helping parents understand and manage children's digital addiction and screen-time behavior. We build parent-facing tools grounded in psychometric assessment and self-assessment methodologies to uncover the real drivers behind a child's urge for screen use — spanning digital habits, emotional health, parenting gaps, and academic performance. Alongside the app, we offer a Digital Age Parenting Master LMS Program that helps parents decode children's triggers, unmet needs, and inner world, and build stronger parent-child rapport. We collaborate with private and public schools to run pilot programs that bring these tools directly to parents and students, combining offline brain-and-body development activities with structured intervention methods to reduce screen dependency. As a growing organization, we offer professionals the opportunity to shape high-impact school partnerships from the ground up.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally with schools, EdTech, or parenting/wellness products, and a working understanding of how Indian private and public schools function — decision-making hierarchy, academic calendar, and procurement cycles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to build rpport and pitch confidently to school leaders, counsellors, and educators.
  • Consultative selling ability — skilled at understanding a school's or parent's underlying concerns (screen addiction, academic distraction, parenting gaps) and mapping them to product value.
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple school relationships, follow-ups, and pilot documentation in a structured, timely manner.
  • Comfort with CRM tools, digital collaboration platforms, and virtual meeting tools, alongside a willingness to be on the field regularly for school visits.
  • Genuine interest in education, child psychology, or parenting/wellness programs, with a willingness to learn the product's psychometric and neuroscience-informed foundations.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of a city/territory, and collaborate effectively with a distributed team.
  • Relevant academic background in business, education, psychology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Own vehicle for local travel is an advantage.
