We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist to help build brand visibility, audience engagement, and lead generation across digital channels. This role is suited for someone who can work independently and manage both content and growth execution across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Social Media
- Create and publish content for LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms
- Build content formats such as posts, threads, carousels, reels, stories, and newsletters
- Adapt messaging for founders, CXOs, enterprise buyers, and broader audiences
- Maintain a consistent content calendar and posting rhythm
- Run or support paid campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
- Test creatives, copy, audiences, and formats
- Track performance metrics and recommend improvements
- Grow audience presence through organic engagement, collaboration, and platform-native tactics
- Support community building, email list growth, and campaign amplification
- Identify low-cost acquisition opportunities such as webinars, partnerships, and niche communities
- Track and report weekly or fortnightly on content and campaign performance
- Share insights, recommendations, and next actions
First 30 Days
- Brand audit completed
- Platform strategy and content calendar set up
- Posting system live across priority channels
- Baseline metrics established
- Consistent content publishing across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and other selected channels
- First campaign tests run or optimized
- Early growth trends visible
