Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Salem for a Digital Marketing Professional. The role entails designing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing social media channels, developing online campaigns, analyzing engagement metrics, and optimizing marketing efforts for maximum reach and impact. The professional will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing initiatives with organizational goals and enhance the visibility of WFGN.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, including crafting and executing effective online strategies
• Experience with Social Media Management, Content Creation, and Campaign Execution
• Strong skills in Analytics, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), and SEM (Search Engine Marketing)
• Knowledge of Marketing Tools and Platforms for assessing performance and generating insights
• Effective Communication, Team Collaboration, and Project Management skills
• Adaptability, creativity, and a proactive approach to challenges
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Knowledge or interest in the fisheries sector and gender equity initiatives is a plus
