  • Role Summary

We are looking for a highly disciplined Sales Excellence & Pipeline Manager to own sales execution, pipeline conversion, and sales process compliance. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring that every lead is followed through until won or lost, improving salesperson productivity, auditing customer interactions, and coaching the team.


  • Key Responsibilities

·        Own the complete sales pipeline and ensure no lead is left unattended.

·        Review every salesperson's daily plan, travel, customer visits, and follow-up schedule.

·        Monitor CRM discipline and ensure timely updates.

·        Audit customer calls and provide coaching on questioning, negotiation, and closing.

·        Verify field activity through GPS, customer feedback, and random audit calls.

·        Conduct daily and weekly pipeline review meetings.

·        Track opportunity ageing and intervene when deals are delayed.

·        Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across all PRORICH products.

·        Personally conduct cold calls and develop new business opportunities.

·        Support key customer meetings whenever required.

·        Generate weekly dashboards on pipeline health, conversion rates, and salesperson productivity.

·        Provide market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer trends.


  • Desired Profile

·        5–8 years of B2B sales experience (Agri, Animal Feed, Commodities, Ingredients, Chemicals, or related industries preferred).

·        Strong understanding of sales processes and pipeline management.

·        Excellent communication, coaching, and analytical skills.

·        Comfortable with CRM systems, call audits, and data analysis.

·        Willing to travel and interact directly with customers.

·        Highly disciplined, process-driven, and execution focused.
