Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Manage employee engagement and HR operations.
• Maintain attendance, payroll coordination, and HR policies.
• Handle employee relations and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Requirements:

• Strong recruitment and HR operations experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage employee lifecycle independently.
• Knowledge of HRMS and payroll processes preferred.
