Job Overview

We are looking for a strategic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The role involves managing the marketing team, coordinating with agencies and stakeholders, overseeing digital campaigns, and executing high-impact marketing strategies across online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the marketing team to ensure timely execution of campaigns
• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Plan and oversee content calendars, content creation, and social media management
• Coordinate with the required marketing agencies
• Manage cross-functional coordination with sales, design, and other stakeholders
• Oversee performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, and marketing ROI
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Marketing or Brand Management
• Strong understanding of Performance Marketing (Meta Ads & Google Ads)
• Experience in content strategy, social media management, and campaign planning
• Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational abilities
• Experience in the real estate industry is preferred
