🎯 Experience Required: Prior experience in managing GDA (General Duty Assistant) & Housekeeping operations

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Operations Manager to spearhead our Housekeeping and GDA (General Duty Assistant) vertical. If you are an expert at managing large-scale facility operations, driving end-to-end recruitment, and delivering top-tier service quality across premium sectors, we want you on our team.

In this role, you will be the backbone of our service delivery, managing operations and staffing across Luxury Hotels, Premium Residential Societies, and Corporate Offices.

• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations for housekeeping and GDA staff across multiple client sites (Hotels, Corporate Hubs, and Residential Societies) to ensure compliance with SLA and service standards.
• End-to-End Staffing & Hiring: Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and training of skilled GDA and housekeeping personnel to meet client requirements promptly.
• Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing grievances, conducting regular feedback reviews, and maintaining long-term partnerships.
• Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure strict adherence to labor laws, statutory compliance, safety standards, and hygiene protocols at all sites.
• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate site supervisors and ground staff to minimize attrition and maintain high performance.
• Resource Optimization: Manage rosters, inventory (cleaning machinery/chemicals), and deployment strategies to optimize operational costs.
  

• Proven Experience: Strong background as an Operations Manager specifically handling both Housekeeping and GDA/Healthcare support staff.
• Industry Footprint: Prior experience managing deployments at hotels, corporate facility environments, or large residential complexes is mandatory.
• Hiring Capabilities: Strong local networks and vendor relationships for recruiting frontline staff quickly.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, crisis management, client-handling, and leadership skills.
