We're Hiring: Regional Manager | Karnataka

We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager to lead sales growth, expand market presence, and drive business performance across key markets in Karnataka and Southern India.

📍 Location: Karnataka

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale regional sales operations
• Drive revenue growth and regional profitability (P&L ownership)
• Build, mentor, and manage high-performing field sales teams
• Develop relationships with builders, contractors, developers, and suppliers
• Identify new business opportunities and market expansion strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, construction materials, infrastructure, or related industries
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading and managing sales teams
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories

Preferred Skills

• Experience in construction material sales and supply chains
• Exposure to Aggregates, Cement, Steel, RMC, AAC Blocks, or UPVC Windows
• Strong understanding of regional construction markets
• Ability to drive business growth through market intelligence and relationship management
