Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales Executive to join our team. Based on-site in Gurugram, the Sales Executive will focus on cultivating client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include acquiring new clients, maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients, preparing proposals, and presenting tailored transportation solutions to potential partners. Additional duties include market research, competitor analysis, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the business.


Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills, with the ability to identify leads and close deals effectively
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for client engagement and relationship management
  • Market Research and Analytical skills for understanding industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Organizational and Time Management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently
  • Prior experience in transportation, travel, or event management industries is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
