Job Title: Sales Executive – Recruitment & Client Operations

Location: Lucknow (Onsite)


Key Expectations

  • Take complete ownership of recruitment delivery and client handling.
  • Drive business growth and achieve sales targets independently.
  • Ensure quality profile submissions and timely client responses.
  • Handle recruiters, monitor productivity, and improve team performance.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure smooth operations.
  • Work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.


Roles & Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Generate new business through cold calling, LinkedIn, references, and portals.
  • Understand client requirements and maintain regular follow-ups.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and drive revenue growth.
  • Handle requirement gathering and account coordination.

Domestic Recruitment

  • Handle end-to-end domestic recruitment process.
  • Source candidates using portals, LinkedIn, database, and references.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, onboarding, and joining process.


Client Handling

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Ensure timely submissions and delivery management.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback tracking.
  • Maintain client satisfaction and operational support.


Team Handling & Operations

  • Monitor recruiter performance and submission quality.
  • Guide team on sourcing strategies and screening process.
  • Track daily targets, submissions, and interview pipeline.
  • Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.


Required Skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in recruitment and staffing operations.
  • Good knowledge of sourcing, screening, and client coordination.
  • Leadership and team management capability.
  • Strong follow-up and multitasking ability.


Preferred Experience

  • 3–7 years in IT staffing, recruitment, or sales operations.
