Job Summary

Adiona Travels is looking for a dynamic and target-driven MICE Sales professional to drive business growth by acquiring new corporate clients and closing MICE opportunities. This is a pure sales role, focused on generating business and achieving closures. No execution responsibilities are involved.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities for Domestic and International MICE.
  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients through networking, referrals, and business development activities.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Understand client requirements and propose customized MICE solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, itineraries, and commercial quotations.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
  • Close sales opportunities and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business.
  • Coordinate with the Operations team only for project handover after successful deal closure.
  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline, MIS reports, and CRM records.
Key Skills Required
  • Strong experience in MICE Sales and Business Development.
  • Proven ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
  • Strong corporate networking and relationship management abilities.
  • Good knowledge of domestic and international MICE destinations.
  • Commercial acumen with a customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 3–8 years of experience in MICE Sales, Corporate Sales, or Travel Sales.
  • Experience with a MICE, Travel, Destination Management, or Event Management company.
  • Strong corporate client network will be an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Educational Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field.
