Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site SIS Retail Beauty Advisor role based in New Delhi. The Beauty Advisor will engage with customers on the shop floor, warmly welcome them, understand their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations across skincare, bath and body, and fragrance categories. The role involves demonstrating product usage, explaining ingredients and benefits, and educating customers on Kimirica’s vegan, cruelty-free, and paraben-free philosophy. The Beauty Advisor will achieve sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling, support visual merchandising and display standards, and ensure stock is replenished and organized. Daily tasks also include handling customer queries and feedback, processing sales transactions, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene at the counter, and collaborating with the store team to deliver a premium brand experience.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Retail Sales, with the ability to build rapport and deliver a high-end in-store experience.
• Foundational knowledge in beauty and wellness, including Cosmetology and Skin Care, to provide informed and safe product recommendations.
• Solid Product Knowledge of skincare, bath and body, and fragrance lines, with the ability to explain ingredients, benefits, and usage clearly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, meet sales targets, and support visual merchandising and stock management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in English and local languages is an advantage.
• Prior experience in beauty, cosmetics, personal care, or premium retail is preferred.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays, as per store requirements.
