Role Summary:

The Soft Skills Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-impact training programs focused on enhancing students’ verbal ability, professional communication, and overall employability skills. The role involves equipping students with strong linguistic competence, confidence, and industry-ready communication skills to excel in campus placements, competitive assessments, and global career opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-impact training in Verbal Ability, Professional Writing, and Phonetics/Enunciation for students preparing for campus placements.
• Conduct interactive sessions on Reading Comprehension, Grammar, and Vocabulary building while providing personalized feedback on students` spoken and written communication.
• Strong command over English linguistics, familiarity with aptitude test patterns, and the ability to mentor students in Group Discussions and Personal Interviews.
• Enhance students` linguistic competence and confidence, ensuring they meet the high standards of verbal proficiency required by global industries and top-tier academic institutions.

Qualifications & Experience: -

• Master’s degree in English, Linguistics, Communication, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in soft skills training, verbal ability coaching, or placement training (preferably in an academic environment).
• Certification in soft skills training or communication coaching is an added advantage.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong command over English language, linguistics, and communication techniques.
• Expertise in Verbal Ability training and aptitude test preparation.
• Excellent public speaking, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to engage and manage large student groups effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for mentoring and student development.
• Familiarity with corporate recruitment processes and employability skills training.
