Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for students throughout their learning journey.
- Coordinate with students, mentors, instructors, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program delivery.
- Handle and resolve student escalations by identifying root causes and driving timely resolutions.
- Monitor the student journey, identify experience gaps, and implement improvements to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the learning programs and maintain operational excellence.
- Track student progress and proactively intervene when learners require additional support.
- Collaborate with the product, curriculum, and operations teams to provide actionable feedback for improving the learning platform and program experience.
- Create and optimize workflows and SOPs to improve operational efficiency.
- Analyze student feedback, performance trends, and program metrics to recommend process improvements.
- Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders to maintain a high-quality learning experience.
