Role Description The Tele Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, introducing products or services, and clearly explaining features, benefits, and pricing. The role involves answering inbound queries, handling objections, and guiding customers through the sales process to close orders and achieve individual and team targets. The Tele Sales Executive will maintain accurate call and sales records, update customer information in internal systems, and follow up with leads to maximize conversions. The position also includes coordinating with the sales and operations teams, adhering to call scripts and compliance guidelines, and contributing feedback to improve sales processes and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and telephone handling skills, including clear speaking, active listening, and polite, professional customer interaction.
- Sales and negotiation abilities, including persuasion, objection handling, and closing skills to meet or exceed targets.
- Basic computer literacy, with the ability to work with CRM or call management tools, maintain records, and handle spreadsheets or reports.
- Customer service orientation, with a focus on building rapport, addressing concerns, and creating a positive experience on every call.
- Time management and organizational skills to manage call volumes, follow-ups, and daily reporting efficiently.
- Minimum high school/secondary education; a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Previous experience in tele sales, call center operations, or inside sales is preferred but motivated entrants with strong communication skills will be considered.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, follow company guidelines, and collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
