Role Description The Business Development Associate (commission based) role is a full-time remote position focused on identifying and driving new business opportunities for Khashsoft’s software and IT services. The role involves conducting market research to understand target industries and prospects, generating and qualifying leads through outreach and networking, and presenting Khashsoft’s solutions to potential clients in a clear, compelling manner. The associate will manage the sales pipeline, schedule and deliver presentations and demos, collaborate with internal teams to align proposals with client requirements, and maintain accurate records of interactions and deals in CRM tools. The position is commission based, with performance measured through lead conversion, revenue growth, and contribution to long-term client relationships.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and be comfortable creating and delivering effective Presentations to diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation abilities, including prospecting, outreach, and nurturing potential clients into qualified opportunities.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze industries, competitors, and customer needs and translate insights into sales strategies.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions and internal collaboration.
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or account management in IT or software services is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, basic sales metrics, and pipeline management is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, meet targets, and manage time effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
