Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Finance & Accounts Executive with 3–4 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, inventory management, and financial reporting. Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Excel is essential.

Key Roles & Responsibilites

  • Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records using Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
  • Prepare and file GST returns and ensure compliance with GST regulations.
  • Handle TDS calculations, deductions, return filing, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Assist in the preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statements.
  • Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory records, stock valuation, and inventory reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
  • Prepare MIS reports and management reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or MBA (Finance)
  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Finance & Accounts.
  • Experience working in manufacturing, trading, or distribution industries is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of statutory compliance and financial reporting.

Key Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
  • Good understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF functions, Charts, Data Validation, etc.).
  • Experience in preparing Balance Sheet and finalization of accounts.
  • Good knowledge of inventory accounting and stock management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
