Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Lucknow. The Telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing clients, provide information about residential construction services, and respond to queries in a professional and courteous manner. Daily responsibilities include maintaining call records, updating lead and customer data in the system, coordinating with the sales and project teams for follow-ups, and scheduling meetings or site visits when required. The role also involves explaining project features, sharing pricing and process details as per guidelines, and supporting customer relationship activities to enhance client satisfaction and conversion rates.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong verbal communication, active listening, and clear telephone etiquette skills.
  • Candidates should possess customer service, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, data entry, and CRM or spreadsheet handling skills.
  • Candidates should possess time management, attention to detail, and ability to follow structured processes.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a high school diploma or bachelor’s degree, preferably with experience in telecalling, sales support, or customer service.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Hindi and English, with confidence in engaging with diverse clients.
  • Experience in real estate, construction, or related industries is an advantage, along with a professional and ethical work approach.
