Change of Tenancy Coordinator

The Job role will involve working with the UK based International Energy Brand .The advisor will review supporting documentation, verify that all required evidence is present, and process changes promptly and accurately. Where necessary, they will make outbound contact with customers or third parties to obtain confirmation, clarify information, or request additional evidence to support timely resolution. The role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a customer-focused approach to delivering accurate and efficient service.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Minimum of ( 1-6 )yrs experience in a Customer service , back Office and Voice Process.
• The Change of Tenancy Advisor is responsible for validating and processing change of tenancy requests for our B2B energy customers, ensuring that customer liability is accurately recorded and billing remains correct
• Analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose issues, identify solutions, and deliver effective resolutions
• Confident and professional when making outbound calls to gather change of tenancy information
• High attention to detail and accuracy across all aspects of work.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility and develop positive working relationships.
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.
• Capable of multitasking and adapting within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Individuals from the Energy domain , Telecom Billing & Utilities will be the most prefered .
