We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Tally Support Executive to provide exceptional technical assistance to our B2B clients. As we expand our exclusive software offering ensuring our clients maintain seamless financial workflows is critical. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for troubleshooting, configuring, and optimizing Tally ERP 9 and Tally Prime, ensuring smooth integrations and high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Troubleshooting: Provide timely tier-1 and tier-2 support to clients facing operational, configuration, or technical issues with Tally ERP 9 and Tally Prime.
System Integration & Payroll Support: Assist clients in configuring Tally to align with modern accounting standards, statutory compliance, and our new payroll processing systems.
Data Management: Guide clients through secure data migrations, company splitting, data synchronization, and regular backup procedures.
Client Training: Conduct onboarding and training sessions to help clients understand best practices for using Tally efficiently alongside our exclusive software products.
Query Resolution: Manage incoming support tickets via phone, email, or helpdesk, ensuring a high first-contact resolution rate and escalating complex database issues when necessary.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Tally certification is highly preferred.

Skills Required

Strong foundational understanding of accounting principles, inventory management, and Indian taxation (GST, TDS, TCS).
Familiarity with Tally data recovery, networking concepts for multi-user Tally setups, and basic troubleshooting of Windows OS.
xcellent verbal and written communication skills with a patient, customer-first approach to solving problems.
